When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and anything you include in your message. If you call or email us directly, we collect the details you choose to share.
We don't ask for more than we need, and you don't need to give us any personal information just to browse the site.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our conversation. We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you've clearly asked us to.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run this website, such as our website host, Netlify, which receives and stores contact form messages. Netlify stores data on servers that may be located outside Australia, including in the United States.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some features are provided by other companies, and they may collect technical information (like your IP address and browser type) or set their own cookies when the feature loads:
- Google Maps, only if you choose to show the map
- Google Fonts, which supplies the lettering used on this site
- Our Instagram feed and Google reviews, which are displayed using third-party tools
- YouTube, only if you choose to play the video on our About page
These companies handle that information under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How we keep it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete enquiries once we no longer need them.
